Join us for a Fall Women’s Retreat at the beautiful Flower Farm in Loomis, California. The Flower Farm features a café, winery, gift shop, and a you-pick flower field. From morning yoga to hands-on workshops, a you-pick flower experience and a delicious farm-style lunch, each experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and embrace the beauty of the season.
9am
Morning Yoga in the Flower Field & Pumpkin Patch
We’ll begin the day with a gentle, all-levels yoga session surrounded by pumpkins, fresh blooms and open skies. Feel grounded by the earth beneath you and refreshed by the morning air as you stretch, breathe, and set your intentions for the day ahead. This peaceful start allows you to arrive fully present and centered before the creativity begins.

Succulent Pumpkin Workshop
Next, participants will pick their own pumpkin from the field and create their own succulent pumpkin utilizing a variety of succulents and fall florals.

Flower Field You-Pick Experience
After crafting, we’ll wander into the vibrant you-pick flower field where you can harvest your own hand-selected bouquet. Take your time choosing colors and textures that speak to you, creating a floral arrangement that reflects your personal style. There’s something magical about gathering flowers straight from the field — it’s both grounding and joyful.

Lunch & Wine
We’ll gather together for a delicious lunch featuring fresh salads, hearty sandwiches, and an abundant charcuterie spread. Enjoy a leisurely meal, relax in the beautiful surroundings, and savor meaningful conversation. Wine will be available for purchase from the on-site winery for those who wish to indulge.

Watercolor Sip & Paint Social
To close out our retreat, we will have a relaxing watercolor paint social. Each participant will receive a watercolor paint kit and follow along at their own pace; this is a beginner friendly low-pressure activity.
