*Lunch will be prepared by Costanoa and will include several sandwich and salad options. You will be emailed a menu to choose from prior to the retreat. A beverage is included and additional can be purchased on-site; wine by the glass and bottle, beer, soda and other non-alcoholic beverages.

Additional Details:
All activities are taking place outdoors rain or shine, please dress in layers for fall weather.

You are welcome to bring food and beverages to your bungalow and on site to most community spaces while you are at Costanoa. They are not allowed at Sundays retreat, or at the restaurant/bar.
